Warranty Information: RaM Online Computer Services,
LLC warrantees all repairs against defects in
material and workmanship for 30 days from the
original repair date. The warranty will be void if
the equipment or software has been subjected to
unusual physical or electrical stress, or has been
tampered with by the customer or a third party
without the prior consent of RaM Online. This
warranty does not cover problems caused by
configuration conflicts between the RaM Online
installed or serviced components including but not
limited to the operating system, software, hardware
and peripherals and any additional software
application installations and operations and
hardware installed by client or third-party. RaM
Online is not responsible for incompatible
components supplied by the client. RaM Online does
not offer warranties on computer products, devices,
components or software. All components are warranted
through the manufacturer. Warranty will not cover
any other abuse, misuse, mishandling or
misapplication such as use of incorrect voltage, use
of incorrect fuses, improper or insufficient
ventilation, or failure to follow the manufacturer's
user's manuals. |
